Shipping price is calculated at checkout based on country. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees. Shipments will be tracked and insured unless you are notified before production start that this will not be possible. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the complexity of  your order and the shipping destination. 

 Since all sets are made to order, refunds are only possible within the first 24 hours of purchase. Returns are not accepted.
