Welcome to J Bea Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, digital products, physical products, and community features. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services & Products

We provide:

  • Wellness consulting services (1:1 sessions, packages)
  • Digital Products
  • Physical Products
  • Paid memberships (exclusive content & community forum)
  • Education content (via blog, newsletter, and Substack)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or products at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.

Payment & Billing

B2C payments are processed securely through Shopify or authorized third parties (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your full payment information. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.

B2B payments are invoiced directly

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods and personalized services, we do not offer refunds once access or services have been delivered.

Memberships and subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for unused time.

Missed coaching sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Refunds are only possible in the following situations:

  • You are no longer able to make your scheduled session, and you send a written notification to madebyjbea@gmail.com 48 hours in advance.
  • You have an extreme unforeseen personal situation that prevents you from attending your session, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

For coaching packages, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions if no more than one session has been completed and the request is received 48 hours before your next session.

All content and consulting provided is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.

We do not guarantee health outcomes and disclaim liability for individual results.

Intellectual Property

All content (written, visual, audio) is the intellectual property of J Bea Studios unless otherwise credited. Do not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
