WHAT TO EXPECT FOLLOWING YOUR PURCHASE
You will be emailed an intake form following your purchase. Please fill out the intake form at your earliest convenience, as it is used to create your personalized wellness plan.
If purchasing the Bio-Wellness Blueprint, you will receive your guide in your inbox within 1-3 business days following the completion of your intake form.
If purchasing an Online Consultation, your confirmation email will contain a link to book your session.
If purchasing a Seasonal Program, you will receive a link to your guide in your inbox.
REFUNDS
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Refunds are only possible in the following situations:
- You are no longer able to make your scheduled session and cancel by emailing madebyjbea@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.
- You have an extreme, unforeseen personal situation that prevents you from attending your session, which is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching modules are non-refundable.
Bio-Wellness Blueprints are non-refundable following completion of the intake form.
